Glue Spray Laminating Machine

It is used for the coating of one-component solvent-based moisture-curing polyurethane adhesive. The spray gun sprays the glue evenly on the substrate, and then aligns it with another layer of substrate to form a new composite material through the pressing roller. It is mainly suitable for the underwear industry with less coating adhesive, firm fit and soft feel.

Application: Polyurethane foam, soft lycra, microfiber, spandex, non-woven fiber, tpu film or mesh fabric, foam material, cotton cloth, fabric, PVC, EVA after cold lamination and spray glue.

Melt glue coating: After the solid glue is heated and melted, the glue is hit on the coating die by the hydraulic device and sprayed directly on the substrate. Hot-melt adhesive coating is the latest technology, no drying equipment is required, and energy consumption is low; hot-melt adhesive is 100% solid adhesive and does not contain toxic organic solvents. And the usual glue coating uses toxic organic solvents (such as benzene, etc.) to dilute the glue, and the toxic gas it constitutes is harmful to operators.
