Oil glue laminating process

1. Oil-glue composite cloth equipment is generally composed of front cloth guide parts, glue tank parts, heating large rollers, edge trimming equipment, winding parts, and base cloth guide parts.
2. Composite surface fabric, two different fabrics are composited. It is necessary to choose and decide which fabric to be glued. Put the glue on the back of the fabric and then attach it to the base fabric. Generally, non-elastic fabrics are selected as the glue for the surface cloth. The width of the door is relatively stable, and the glue is evenly applied, so that there will be no hollow in local places without glue.

3. The surface cloth and the base cloth with glue on the back meet here, and then heated by a large heating drum, the glue is volatilized with butanone, and the fabrics have been attached together and have a certain fastness.

4. The last step of oil-glue laminating - winding. Rewinding is also a more important post in the laminating process. If the laminatinged fabric is not received by the rewinding, it is easy to wrinkle and cause insufficient door width.

5. The composite product needs to be placed for a certain period of time to let the glue dry completely, and the composite fastness can be better!
