MAIN CONFIGURATION
1 Unwinding device: frame, cloth guide roller., strong forceps.
2. Gluing device: The pattern of the rubber roller is precise and meticulous, and the stainless steel scraper is used, which is wear-resistant and durable, and scrapes the glue evenly.
3. Traction device: power traction.
4. Drying cylinder pressing: There are 30 motor heat pipes in the drying cylinder, the preheating time is short, and the filling heat-conducting oil is installed in the drying cylinder, so that the two ends are basically the same as the surface temperature. Need to add about 1.5
5. Transmission part: It adopts domestic frequency converter speed regulating motor, frequency conversion linkage, and the machine runs smoothly synchronously.
6. Trimming device: Trimming the material after the composite material is rolled up, and it is equipped with an adjustment handle for easy operation. It does not get stuck during trimming, and the waste can land smoothly.
7. Rewinding device: It adopts magnetic powder tension to wind up the center of the air shaft, and adopts hydraulic automatic edge alignment, and the effect of rolling cloth is good.
